The Mira Hong Kong Hotel

During my New Year stay at this hotel, I loved the excellent location. It was conveniently located near a 24-hour store and connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access everything I needed. Plus, the hotel provided a pocket WiFi, a great addition, made navigating the city easy without worrying about expensive data charges. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to fulfill my requirements.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the hallway always smelled like smoke, even though we were in a smoke-free room.

Great location near shopping and dining options. Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff who were always ready to assist.

Dimly lit hotel entrance which felt a bit overdone. The check-in process was slow and inefficient, resulting in a long wait.

Conveniently located near a mall, restaurants, shops, and attractions. Close to the MTR. Modern, clean, and with a good range of facilities. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Helpful concierge and complimentary amenities including a snack.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area and very close to the Metro Station. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzis, and saunas. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We also loved the fact that the hotel is right opposite a big park, providing a refreshing green view.

The hotel is conveniently located near a connected bridge, making it easy to access Mira Place shopping mall. The surrounding area also offers a variety of western restaurants, perfect for a nice meal. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have glass walls, providing a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and provides helpful service. The breakfast is comprehensive, offering both western and eastern options.

Some areas of the hotel could use improvement.

Luxurious rooms with upgrades available including jacuzzi and steam sauna. Underground heated pool with music and a juice bar. Ample business lounge with attentive staff. Attached to Mira Shopping Center with a wide selection of food options. highly recommended.

We stayed in a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation. the massage at the spa centre left us feeling rejuvenated. the garden area was peaceful and a nice escape from the bustling city. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. the catering service was top-notch and we had access to private facilities for ultimate exclusivity. the location advantages made it easy to get around the city.

The only minor issue we had was with the service. the staff were friendly and spoke English fluently, but there were a few instances where our requests were not promptly addressed.

Efficient staff, luxurious suite, really good amenities, great location, safe and secure.

It is also just a short walk away from the metro station, allowing for easy transportation to other parts of the city. The rooms are spacious and offer a sense of tranquility, with comfortable king-size beds and an abundance of mirrors. The bathroom is well-designed, with a unique configuration that offers privacy and convenience. The staff provides excellent service, offering helpful information and accommodating special requests. the breakfast buffet is top-notch, providing a variety of options to start your day off right.

There may be occasional mix-ups with room assignments, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Everything is what i need and want.

This hotel is absolutely stunning with exclusive amenities that will delight even the most discerning guest. the service staff here are attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were fulfilled. the spa and wellness centre is a luxurious experience that should not be missed, with a sauna and indoor swimming pool that are well-maintained and perfect for relaxation.

this was a minor inconvenience in comparison to all of the posh experiences that were available at this hotel.

The hotel staff, who were friendly and accommodating, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for accessing the downtown area and the gallery district. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and we particularly loved the pool. The bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
